Terms and Conditions
We love to work with our customers on custom pieces. Custom orders require a 50% deposit before we start fabrication. We ask for the second installment to be fulfilled before shipping your order. Designs and rights are owned by Huis Jewelry. Please note that custom orders cannot be returned.
We stand by the quality of our jewelry. However, jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear. If you happen to have an issue with your item, or require a repair, please contact us and we are happy to help to the best of our ability.
For domestic delivery, all items are shipped with insurance and require a signature. For international delivery please contact us before placing your order. Please allow delivery window of 1-2 weeks for stocked items and 4-6 weeks for custom items.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our studio within 7 days of delivery. Stocked items may be returned for store credit (only after contacting our studio, credit to be used within 90 days of original purchase). Custom or resized items cannot be returned.
Please contact our studio as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Orders that are in production cannot be cancelled.
Sales tax is applied to purchases made in the state of California.
